Was Iraq Behind the Oklahoma City Bombing?
FOX NEWS
April 19, 2005
By John Gibson

On Tuesday's show you heard FOX News' Rita Cosby talking about the quite shocking claims made by a group of victims' families that Iraq was at the bottom of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building bombing in Oklahoma City.

This has come up before: A reporter named Jayna Davis has a book out about it.

The whole thing stinks of Iraq. Ramzi Yousef, an Iraqi agent that was involved in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, and his associates were allegedly talking to Terry Nichols  in 1994 about how to build a fertilizer bomb.

So now the question: So if there is all this evidence, why has the U.S. government ignored it?

Tim McVeigh and a Possible Iraqi Connection
My Word by John Gibson - June 20, 2002

I think we're all convinced by now that George W. Bush has the cross hairs on Saddam Hussein.

And it's clear from the latest Fox News Opinion Dynamics poll that the American public supports action against Saddam by a huge, huge margin: 75 percent for " 14 percent against. In electoral politics that's a landslide.

But what do you think those numbers would be if it turns out reporter Jayna Davis is right? If the Iraqis were behind the Oklahoma City bombing, and Tim McVeigh and Terry Nichols were in fact so called 'lilly whites' recruited to act as fronts for Muslim or Iraqi, or maybe even Iranian, terror against the U.S. heartland.

THE BIG STORY WITH JOHN GIBSON
Interview With Jayna Davis June 20, 2002

Documents obtained by The Associated Press show that our government was warned that Islamic terrorists were planning attacks on American federal buildings around the time of the Oklahoma City bombing. The Clinton administration even stepped up security around such buildings.

So could this mean that Timothy McVeigh was acting in league with those militants? My next guest says, yes, indeed.

Let's Find Tim McVeigh's Pal John Doe No. 2
by John Gibson - March 22, 2002

The Justice Department has released the results of its investigation into the missing document case that briefly held up the execution of Tim McVeigh.

The DOJ concluded that it was all inadvertent, and didn't really affect the way the McVeigh was tried or decided.

What wasn't mentioned was the claim by Jayna Davis, a reporter for KFOR in Oklahoma City, who says she tried several times " with a lawyer in tow " to give the government affidavits from people who saw McVeigh in the company of a John Doe no. 2. The witnesses saw the two men together at a motel, drinking beer and riding in a Ryder truck.

Was Osama Bin Laden Involved in the Oklahoma City Bombing?
March 20, 2001

BILL O’REILLY: Tonight, shocking testimony at the pretrial hearing of Oklahoma City bomber Terry Nichols, who has been convicted in a federal court and now is facing state proceedings.

Investigative reporter Jayna Davis, who worked for the NBC affiliate in Oklahoma City, uncovered evidence that Nichols had ties to the terrorist Osama bin Laden before the bombing that killed 168 people. Timothy McVeigh has also been convicted in the case and will be put to death on May 16th.  And Ms. Davis says there were other people involved beside him and Nichols.  But when she took her information to the FBI, she says, well, here's what she told me.

Are the OKC Bombing & 9/11 Linked?
The O'Reilly Factor - May 8, 2002

BILL O'REILLY, HOST:   In the Unresolved Problems segment tonight, the true story behind the terror of 9/11.

Last year, we interviewed investigative reporter Jana (ph) Davis from Oklahoma, who believes there was a tie-in between the bombing in Oklahoma City and 9/11.

Joining us now from Washington is Larry Johnson, the former deputy director of the State Department's Office on Counter-terrorism under Presidents Bush and Clinton.

So you think there's some validity to this?

LARRY JOHNSON, FORMER STATE DEPARTMENT COUNTER-TERRORISM OFFICE DEPUTY DIRECTOR:  I was skeptical at first, Bill.  I took the evidence, I looked at it, and I started talking to some of the witnesses.  Where there's smoke, there's fire.  You've got several things going on here that have not been thoroughly looked at and need to be checked out.

VAN SUSTEREN:  Chilling connections tonight between homegrown terror and our enemies abroad.  On April 19, 1995 , during a clear morning not unlike September 11, the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City was ripped in two by a truck bomb.  One hundred and sixty-eight innocent
victims were killed in that attack attributed to this man.

Timothy McVeigh was executed by lethal injection on June 11, 2001 .  His accomplice, Terry Nichols, is currently spending life in prison.  But was there a third hand involved in the terror?

Former KFOR-TV reporter Jayna Davis reported on the terrible events as they happened, and what she's reporting now will shock you.  Was the butcher of Baghdad , Saddam Hussein, behind the bombing?

Interview With Jayna Davis

VAN SUSTEREN: Was September 11th the first time terrorists struck Americans on U.S. soil? Conspiracy theories surrounding the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing didn't die with Timothy McVeigh. Just this week, the so- called dirty bomber was compared to John Doe #2, the suspect the FBI frantically sought immediately after the bombing.

But our next guest has her own story. Former TV reporter Jayna Davis joins us from Oklahoma City.

Jayna, you have -- in your opinion -- at least your research has produced a different version of the events of what happened involving the Oklahoma City bombing. What did you learn?
